LASHES & COMBS/BRUSH

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on these items simply unwanted/change of item.

DURAGS/BONNETS

These products are non-refundable! If you recieve a damaged/wrong item, you must let us know within 5 days and we will try to make a solution. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

When you make an order give us 1-24 Hours to process and prepare your order. Our delivery service is Royal Mail. This does not include major holidays or bank holidays. 

Collection

We offer collection services in Southwest (Kennington) & West London (Hounslow). There is a small delivery fee for meet ups which will be at check out when ordering, if you have another meet up place around those areas please Dm us or email us.

UK Shipping delivery aims

£1.20 Standard delivery: aim is 3-7 working days. This delivery option is uninsured. It is the customers risk to complete their order using our free delivery service. When using this delivery service you are not a eligible for a refund or replacement.

£2.10 Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class: aim is 3-7 working days including Saturdays. This delivery option is insured.

£4.00 Royal Mail Tracked 24®: you can track to delivery point, insured and will arrive the next working day (maybe 2 working days due to COVID-19).

Worldwide Shipping delivery aim:

5-7 working days, Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to addresses. We are not responsible for packages lost by Royal Mail or stolen packages. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Under no circumstances do we share your information with any third-party companies, neither is your credit/debit card or other payment method information stored.
